We depart from your hotel early in the morning around 06:30 a.m. and drive to the foot of Doi Suthep (Mounth Suthep). The morning is the best time to visit this tranquil place, as a beam of light from the rising sun brightens the Golden Pagoda.\u00a0Wat Phra That Doi Suthep or Doi Suthep Temple<\/strong>, one of northern Thailand\u2019s most important and beautiful temples.\u00a0Enjoy the magnificence of the temple with its Golden Chedi glowing and spectacular views of Chiang Mai City and its surroundings. Then, continue to Palad Temple or Wat Pha Lat \u2013<\/strong> while most people head to the top of Doi Suthep to visit the golden chedi of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, many don\u2019t realize there\u2019s another gem hiding part way up the mountain.
